How do I place an order?
Simply browse our store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment details to complete your order.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
We process orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at support@prestoco.store if you need to make changes. We cannot guarantee modifications once an order has been processed.
How will I know my order was confirmed?
You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after placing your order. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it in your inbox.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 5–7 business days. Express shipping takes 2–3 business days. Please see our Shipping Policy for full details.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to select international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Use it on the carrier's website to follow your package.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?

How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Are your products in stock?
